Ben Buckler Boats, Bondi NSW
On a hot day with no swell, we like to jump off Flat Rock. It’s a big, fringing reef that plunges into deep, clear water near the Ben Buckler boat ramp on the north end of Bondi. The ramp is home to a series of sun-blasted dinghies that give this humble Sydney bay a European vibe (that’s what the locals say). It’s an incredible spot to look back towards the beach, or lay on a small blue boat. Or both.
