Places We Swim is committed to providing exceptional products and outstanding service. Please read all product descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Production Time

All of our prints are custom made to order and carefully hand packed, which is why we allow 5-10 business days from payment to delivery. This gives us sufficient lead time for specialist printing, quality control, signing, and packaging. If you would like an expedited service, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We take a lot of pride in our work and carefully inspect all products prior to shipping. If for some reason an item is not what you expected, please email hello@placesweswim.com.

There are no returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item has been damaged we will happily provide a replacement.

Damage

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send a photograph of the packaging and damage to the product. Insist that any visible damage or open packaging is noted by the courier prior to signing for your order.

Privacy Policy

Places We Swim is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We do not collect or record any credit/debit card details. These details are processed by STRIPE and PAYPAL and secured on their servers.

Pricing

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any additional taxes and duties.
